2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, within the same household, or from the same device is prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all associated accounts may be cancelled and funds confiscated.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful and up to date. bi33 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure and transparent service, bi33 carries out an identity verification process. Before a withdrawal, or at any time, you may be required to submit the following documents:
- Scan copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- A recent photo (selfie)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3.3 Closing an Account
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Likewise, bi33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Conditions
bi33 currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for depositing funds. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit may change from time to time and depends on the account level.
Deposited funds must come only from your own verified payment account. Third-party payments will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
bi33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if KYC verification has not been completed or while an investigation into a breach of the Terms is ongoing.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No conversion charges apply, however the payment provider may impose its own fees.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The applicable wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
- If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
- bi33 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
bi33's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit, and levels are advanced based on regular gaming activity. bi33 reserves the right to change VIP conditions.
Gaming Rules
